Quick Approve ("us ", "we ", or "our ") operates the www.quickapprove.app website (the "Service "). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

  1. From merchants via ecommerce platforms relating to that merchant’s customers (and in some circumstances in respect of the merchants themselves where the ecommerce platform is the data controller). In this case we are a Data Processor of that Personal Data;
  2. Directly from reviewers (when they create an account on our Website, or when they interact directly with our Website). In this case we are a Data Controller in respect of that Personal Data;
  3. Directly from merchants in respect of the merchants (when they create an account on our Website and otherwise interact directly with our website). In this case we are a Data Controller;
  4. Directly from influencers (when they create an account on our Website, or when they interact directly with our Website). In this case we are a Data Controller in respect of that Personal Data.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE


We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Where we need to collect Personal Data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you. In this case, we may have to cancel the account you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

If you submit a review, that review may automatically be published on our Service including any Personal Data contained in that review. You can control what Personal Data (if any) is published in respect of any reviews submitted by you, and delete or amend a submitted review, by logging into your user profile on our Service.

CHANGE OF PURPOSE

RETENTION OF DATA


We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your Personal Data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.

To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your Personal Data, the purposes for which we process your Personal Data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements. Notwithstanding the above, by law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data (see Your legal rights below for further information) or we will anonymise your Personal Data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

TRANSFER OF DATA


You consent to and acknowledge that your Personal Data may be transferred to or maintained on computers or servers located in the United States.

Many of our external third parties are based outside the UK so their processing of your Personal Data will involve a transfer of data outside the UK.

Whenever we transfer your Personal Data out of the UK, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

Business Transaction

If Quick Approve Technologies LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your Personal Data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy. Quick Approve may disclose your Personal Data to our third party platform partners including Shopify, Squarespace, WooCommerce and BigCommerce which allow us to integrate the services we provide onto your website.

SECURITY OF DATA


The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

"DO NOT TRACK" SIGNALS


We do not support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

YOUR RIGHTS


Quick Approve Technologies LLC aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

Quick Approve uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In the case that the payment is not collected directly via your ecommerce platform, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES


Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

CCPA PRIVACY


This section is for residents of the State of California only and supplements the information contained in this Privacy Policy. It applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) uses different defined terms to GDPR. In this section, Quick Approve use the CCPA terms. Unless otherwise defined, these have the meanings given in the CCPA.

We are aware of and will comply with the requirements of the CCPA (including any regulations made under the CCPA) in connection with our services we provide to you. Please refer to the above sections with regards to the categories of personal information collected, sources of personal information and use of personal information.

Disclosure of personal information for business purposes or commercial purposes Quick Approve may use or disclose and may have used or disclosed in the last twelve (12) months the following categories of personal information for business or commercial purposes:

  • Category B: Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e))
  • Category F: Internet or other similar network activity

Please note that the categories listed above are those defined in the CCPA. This does not mean that all examples of that category of personal information were in fact disclosed, but reflects our good faith belief to the best of our knowledge that some of that information from the applicable category may be and may have been disclosed. When Quick Approve disclose personal information for a business purpose or a commercial purpose, Quick Approve enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.

Your Rights under the CCPA

The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. If you are a resident of California, you have the following rights:

Exercising Your CCPA Rights

Your request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows Quick Approve to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information (or an authorized representative).
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows Quick Approve to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

Quick Approve cannot respond to your request or provide the required information if we cannot:

  • Verify your identity or authority to make the request
  • Confirm that the personal information relates to you

Quick Approve will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving your verifiable request. The response period may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and with prior notice.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable request’s receipt.

For data portability requests, Quick Approve will provide your personal information in a readily usable format that allows you to transmit the information from one entity to another without hindrance.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information


You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Quick Approve does not sell your personal information and therefore does not provide an opt-out link.

"Do Not Track" Policy (CalOPPA)


Our Service does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

However, some third-party websites may track your browsing activities. You can set your browser preferences to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You may enable or disable DNT by visiting the preferences or settings page of your web browser.

Your California Privacy Rights (Shine the Light Law)

Please note that removal requests do not guarantee complete or comprehensive removal of content posted online, as the law may not permit or require removal in certain circumstances.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page.
